Creating a Contract

When you as a customer place an order with us, we will review your order and then contact you with a confirmation email. The confirmation will include what you have ordered, your contact details and delivery address and when you will be receiving your order. Please check all this information is correct as once the order leaves our depot, the delivery is out of our hands! If you have any queries please call us promptly on 03330442804 and we will be happy to assist. 

There are certain colours/products we do not stock. The lead time for these materials is roughly 3 weeks, although this will depend on the supplier. It is unlikely that we will be out of stock of any of the colours featured on our website. But if this ever does occur, we will contact you as soon as we have reviewed your order. 

Please also keep in mind when placing your orders, that the photos of the products will not be an exact replica of how it will look on your wall. The colour and texture can depend on application, weather and substrate. Any coverages which have been included on this website is approximate and advised by the manufacturer. 

When placing your order, you are accepting our terms and conditions. We will always endeavour to provide you with the best service possible.

How to Place an Order

We take all our orders online, although do feel free to call our team on 03330442804 if you have any issues or queries. Browse through our website and select the materials you desire by ‘adding to your basket’. You can amend your quantities or remove products towards the end at the ‘checkout’ prior to paying, so don’t panic if you need to change anything within your order! Carriage charges will be shown when you have finished adding all the products to your basket, and once you have entered your delivery address. We require full payment at the time of the order. We accept payment by Visa Debit, Business Card, American Express and Credit Card. All prices shown on the website exclude value added tax. The total V.A.T will be added when completing your order at the checkout. After payment has been made, we will notify you of a delivery date, and ETA when possible, once your order has been processed.

We have a wide selection of colours which we keep in stock, these are advertised on our website. However, we can order all other colours into stock which are advertised on the links provided directing you to the manufacturers colour guides. Please keep in mind that once a non-stock colour is ordered, we cannot issue a refund and you will be unable to return the materials as these have been specifically made for yourself.

Renders Online hold the right to change prices or remove any of the materials advertised on our website, at any time.

Carriage Charges

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm the same day, however this isn’t always guaranteed. Any orders placed later than 1pm will be dispatched the following day. You have the option of next day or economy (2-3days) delivery. This is based on the day the goods are dispatched. For example; If an order was placed on a Monday at 2pm with next day delivery, it will be dispatched on Tuesday to be delivered Wednesday. Deliveries are made between the hours of 08:00 – 17:00, unless you request an evening delivery which is anytime between 17:00-21:00.

We can organise deliveries across the whole of Great Britain. There are a few postcode areas we are unable to provide next day delivery to, but this will be made clear to you when placing your order, prior to payment being made.

If you choose to have the delivery made without anyone being on site to sign for the delivery, the safety of the materials will be your responsibility. If this option is chosen, we will not be held accountable for any missing or damaged items once the materials have been decanted from the courier.

Disposal of any spare/empty pallets or packaging is your responsibility.

If it is not possible for the courier to deliver your items, the goods will be returned to the depot and an additional charge will be given to you to re-deliver your goods. If you believe your goods have been damaged during transportation, please advise both the delivery driver and Renders Online as soon as possible. 

Although we endeavour to get your order to you when promised, there may be a time when your delivery is delayed. This could be due to weather, RTA, traffic, vehicle breakdowns. Sadly, these are not situations we can control. Please bear with us, we will keep you updated and get your goods to you as soon as we can!

Cancellations and Returns Policy

We offer a basic legal right return policy whereby you have a 14-day cancellation period. Your refund will be issued once the materials have been inspected by ourselves as any damaged or opened items cannot be refunded. We cannot offer a refund for items which have been specially made for you. For example, non-stock colours, or acrylic renders of which the colour has been chosen by yourself. If you wish to have the materials collected, we provide our own courier services of which we hold the right to pass on any carriage charges to you, the customer, unless the items are being returned due to faulty goods. *This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.

Liability

We cannot hold responsibility for how the materials are used once they have been delivered. They are then your responsibility. All materials are manufactured to meet UK legal standards.
